I am lease/optioning a SW MH from a seller with a loan (Conseco). WHen I L/O to a tenant/buyer, who gets the insurance? I’m sure the seller has insurance, but she lives in the home. I won’t be living in it and wonder if I will have a problem getting someone to insure it? How do the experts handle this?

You need to be on the title as lienholder and she takes out her own policy. If it a rental, both parties should carry…you on home and tenant on contents.
