I’m sorry but I didn’t quite catch why the taxes applied to flipping?? Due to being young and having no credit I’m interested in starting with flipping properties. There’s a lot of people willing to “sell” you the information to get started but I’m having to dig to teach myself. Any help is appreciated, my eyes are about to cross!! Six straight hours of reading so far tonight and no end in sight! Thank you!

GENERALLY, a corporation is better for flipping because flipping income is normally subject to social security/medicare taxes…corporation can help to avoid at least some of that tax in many cases.
