how to pick up forclosures from,wade cook. it’s only 15 dlls…at any book store…

I am just getting started in Real Estate Investing and also have a full time job, so I have limited time to find the properties I would like. Can anyone PLEASE give me some advice on where to find some good bread and butter properties. Auctions, foreclosures, Repo’s-- WHERE DO I FIND THEM?

Instead of you looking for properties, you need to have them looking for “You”. That is, through marketing yourself via bandit signs, ads, etc., having motivated sellers calling you. Then you qualify them as to whether they fit “your criteria”.
