you can form your LLC anywhere, but you MUST ALSO register it to do busines in Florida. This means it will be payign all the same franchise taxes (or whatever Florida does to LLC’s) just like it was a FLorida LLC.
If you set up an LLC in another state, and acquire property in Florida, you will give potential creditors maximu room for attacking you and your assets. They can go after the LLC, if it has assets they want. They can also go after you personally, because your lLC was operating illegally in Florida (and its entity will not be respected).
