You can look for notes on the Internet. We have a note market for example at our web site, but by the time they are posted, they are seldom a good deal. Much like the multiple listing services from your local realtor.
The best thing is to develop a marketing program for yoiurself, to find notes. Expect to spend $1000 or more developing flyers or brochures to give out to note sellers, professionaly referral sources and others. Marketing is, like in all businesses, the key.
There are plenty of notes in the world, it just takes creativity to find them.
