We’re looking at a mobile home park to purchase. Optional part of the purchase would be to buy the 35 contracts on homes located there. Value of remaining principal and interest due is approx. $300,000. Credit is ok. Varying terms on each. Where do I start with this? Where do I start even with one of them?
They suggested 240,000. Seems high?
