that Earnest’s book “How to get rich helping others” is out of print? Anyone willing to sell a copy?

I’ve just read in a post, “Hope you’ve thought about using Ernest’s ideas about master leasing the park and turning it around yourself.” Is his info included in another of his books?

One of the parks I’m buying is in desperate need of a turnaround. Alot of the tasks seem logical to me but I’d appreciate the voice of experience & wisdom of multiple counselors.

Start with Doug Ottersberg’s 4 part article in the money ideas section. Title is something like “Turning Trailer Parks into Communities”.
