Hi,

I getting sorta fustrated. I went to my local investment club meeting and networked with people and I received a lot of interest in putting some deals together. I put four properties under contract all that would have made an excellent note at 18%+ but when time came to fund these projects no one could move to close the deal fast.

Where can I go to find a funding source that moves fast (in days - not weeks)?

or is it possible to fund my own notes with loans or make sure my partners have the money upfront?
