Briton (IN) and Philip (MO)? Does anyone know? I tried emailing Philip but it was returned to me. Just wondering how these guys are doing? I remember Briton was buying a small park or 2?

This was only a few weeks ago! Briton appears to be alive and in business. Post says he rehabbed - past tense - one park 30 minutes from home.

Briton the last I heard went axles up in the mobile home biz. His park closed down due to vacancies, his grandma foreclosed on him and he never leased the first storage unit. Poor guy didnt follow lonnnies advise. He is now a janitor again and the sad part is the factory he works at is closing and going to Mexico where Briton might follow them and work for .25 per hour.

Just kidding, Briton is a good man and I am sure his business is doing great.

a week ago wednesday, I believe Briton popped into the chat, but nothing special about why he’s staying away.

I last emailed Phillip several months ago, and he seemed to wave off the MH investing - too busy with family and work, I seem to remember.

Doc Whisler’s posts were one of my other big sources of inspiration, and above all information. He hasn’t posted here in a long long time. How is he doing?
