The one that likes you! The one that likes your plan! The one that likes your credit! The one that feels good about you and how you present yourself! The one that you build a good relationship with! Usually, small local banks are good for these.

It won’t happen overnight. Especially an unsecured line of credit. You also will have to show the bank a track record.
