Recommending right “forms” for you right now, in your first stages of figuring RE out for you, kinda puts me in mind that it’d be same as handing an infant a pistol and walking away…knowing he’s gonna eventually pull the trigger but not where he’s gonna point the gun.
Thinking what would be a good first step kindergarten education for a possible future REI’r, I think I’d recommend your local RE Agent’s school as there you would learn terms & concepts used in REI, conveyancing, mortgages, etc.
