In my area, the appraisers use the same MLS that the agents do.

Hello,

My “so-called” partner is quitting as an RE Agent, (so I’m going to lose MLS access by Dec 31st), but I heard someone mention at a REI meeting that there’s an MLS for Appraisers, which gives more info than what Agents have access to. I’m going to try and find a Appraiser with a real “track record” next time.

Does this sound right? (I don’t want to mention what state I’m in at this point.)
