I’m interested in lonnie dealing. I have not found a good deal yet,however, I’ve been thinking about putting an ad in the paper to attract buyers. I would be doing this to get a
customer base of buyers so once I find that right deal I’ll have people in the tunnel waiting. Is this a good IDEA or A WASTE of money ? What Do You Think ?

I too have begun the “quick flip” and “assignment of contracts” method for making money. My first step was to put an ad in the local classsifieds that said simply,

Investors and wholesalers Welcomed
Guess what? I now have a list of 5 qualified cash buyers. Now all I need to do is find them proerties. They all have different styles for investing and different wants. That is great, because now I have a bigger market. some have even offered to “help me get started” in the REI business. So, I have buyers at the ready, and possible mentor opportunites.
Was the price of the ad ($40 for one week) worth it?
I think so, but I’ll know for sure when I do my first REAL flip!
I have already done one “flip” prior to this, but it was to someone not on this list, just a local investor I knew well…my dad.
