I own a piece of vacant land (1/2 acre) in New Mexico. I live in Illinois. I won it in a lottery drawing at a Real Estate seminar that I had attended. Its only worth a few hundred dollars and I’ve never even seen it.

How can turn this into a money maker? Is it possible to lease something like this? What can I do with this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
