I collect on the 1st but, recently went to a seminar with lois brown and i am finding that it would be best to collect on the 25th. It gives you time to prepare for payment if they don’t pay.

I just read an interesting article by Louis Brown regarding why collecting rents on the 25th are better than the 1st. His reasons are very interesting. What day do most people on this board collect their rents?
