Not really, they just want to inspect the property (obviously) and then we give them a list of improvements and their estimated costs and they have a way of making the appraisal come out to right at 20% above what we need. funny how appraisals work that way…
I guess that I should clarify that I have been searching for homes with at least 3 bedrooms. Several books state, as rule of thumb, to avoid the 1-2 bedroom homes. I guess your experience proves them wrong in your area.
