Four years ago i purchaced ten acres from a couple for cash and got a warranty deed from the couple, lets call them tim and lori. The cost was $9,000.00 , tim and lori bought the property for $8,000 a one year before. It turns out that tim and lori had sold the property to tims mother for $2,000, about three weeks before they sold the property to me. about a week after tim and lori sold the property to tims mother,tims mother refiled her QC deed for the adjacent ten acres that belongs to lori.if tims mother voided her deed by refiling does the property revert back to tim and lori and then to me? what do i do next?
