Ron Legrand said that in order to take a house "subject to " You need a warranty deed to trustee. Bronchick said only a warranty deed.

Warranty deed to trustee is a warranty deed that transfers title to the trustee of your land trust. It’s used in “subject to” deals to avoid the due on sale clause.
A normal warranty deed still conveys title, just not to a trustee.
