If you actually have no credit score (from all three agencies), there are a number of lenders that have programs for “alternative” credit.

However, these programs are only for owner occupied properties.

As long as you have things like utility bills in your name, phone or cell phone, etc. most programs will accept 3-4 of these with at least 12 month history as an “alternative”. And, of course they are going to be looking at your payment history on these accounts.

Do not know of anyone that will do this for investment properties.
