It works…but I would suggest, buying Joe Kaiser’s Lease Option course on this site.
They work well together.
Joe gives your more detail & how to do your deals a little easier.
I consider both books to be one.
Wade gives you a general road map, BUT Joe gives you the “details”.
To me…Joe’s course makes the difference.
