I recently signed up with VI. I have been able to accept two orders, and I missed a couple. I have also now referred 3 orders that were outside my coverage area into their system, and made money after I took out my referral fee. It is actually pretty cool because now I tell my clients that I can accept any job in the country…overall, I’m happy I found them.

It took me about 3 months of waiting on getting orders, and I missed a bunch because I wasn’t at my computer. However, I recently received 8 assignments, which is going to pay for a couple years of their service. Although they get a little backed up since they get so many calls, overall I have found them to be very responsive, and I would recommend them as a good source for receiving assignemtns.
I am getting work from them. I have to admit it was frustrating at first cause I was thinking managment company and all you see is an appraisal orders in your in box then you click on it and its gone. I wrote the company and they explained to me that they are a software platform that banks use to send orders to appraisers in my area. The first Appraiser to click the link gets the order. After that conversation I paid closer attention to my email in box and as soon as the order email comes through I click it. I don’t get them all but I have gotten three in the last month. As far as the orders goes they are great. No comp check, no preceved value, and I talked directly to the bank not an AMC or middle man telling me he had to check with their client and they would get back to me. So far it has been worth it to me. Good luck I hope it works as well for you as it does for me. The only piece of advise I can give you is Valuation Interlink,s format is similar to most REO software providers (Realtrans, ClearCapital, RRReview just to name a few.) If you have used them you will have a head start on your compition.

Robin I have been getting SFR work cause I don’t do Commercial. But I personaly put 2 commercial jobs in the system for my good clients. 1 was a 10 unit appertment complex and 1 was a strip mall with an anchor tenant. I got them filled in less than a hour made my clients super happy and made a good chunck of money just for brokering the deal which I really didn’t do. I now tell all my clients that I can cover anything in any state. Since Itold my clients that my work load has increased by 1/2 just with my current clients. Any work I can’t do I throw into Valuation Interlink. To date I have thrown about 15 1004’s, 4 vacant land, 2 commercial, and 3 small income. It is a godsent durring this hard time and I highly recomend it for both sending and recieving orders.
It has actually been good so far…I have had a shot at about 8 or 9 orders, and have been able to accept 2 appraisals to date. I would have to give it the thumbs up at this point.
