We’ve just bought our first San Francisco property, and are planning on continuing to purchase as many as possible in the area.However, the repair estimates I just received are outrageous! We’re in Houston, and have limited access to S.F. area contractors. We already have a buyer for the property who wants to move in on the 16th, so I need to get the repairs done ASAP.
The repairs include paint, carpet, lino, bathroom cabinets, stucco repair(exterior), termite treatment and landscaping, and some misc. such as screens, a window, Etc.
If anyone has any contractors they would be willing to recommend, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
