The law-book publishers have proprietary rights to their case citations/annotations so those case citations are not to be found online or publicly available…unless the user is a Lexis* subscriber and buying that service online.
For the non-subscriber just find your closest law school or courthouse law library and find the relevant CCC and the case citations therein contained.
*I can never remember whether the automobile is Lexus or Lexis, but obviously I reference the other

I’m looking for Unlawful Detainer info for California Laws that pertain to successful tenant successes where there are conflicting points of view that may be arguable before a ‘viction judge’.
If you don’t mind, why don’t you post the two points of view here? Those who are inclined can offer their opinions, and we might all learn something. If not, at least it might make for some enjoyable mental stimulation.
