Daniel,
I am not an attorney. You should speak with one along with a CPA.
We own our rental properties in an LLC and our rehab/flip properties in an S-Corp.
I haven’t done a subject2 deal, but I’m a real estate broker. If I were presenting an offer to my seller with subject2 financing, I would want to see proof of funds for the difference that would be paid in cash.

-I am investing on my own(no partners/members etc.). Would you recommend forming an LLC to be known by and to use for real estate transactions? Do alot of you guys operate under an LLC or other type of bussiness entity?
-When doing a subject two transaction where a realtor is involved and requires a pre-qual letter…how is this done?thanks, Dan
