Between a FSBO and any other? If the deal is good then all options are possible.
You have found the best Website in my opinion, Book, Course, They all are good. Maybe start by reading all of the how to articles here then go to a library to see which book suits your needs and interest to begin.
I really wish websites were available when we started, I believe it would have eliminated some mistakes early on.

I’m just getting started and I’ve found that purchasing a FSBO will be a good way to get in. I would like a good book, course, website or anything else that can walk me through the process, from contract to closing. Many thanks!

Jackie, in Georgia, the best expert around in my opinion of John Adams. His stuff is geared to the Georgia Real Estate law, and is very reputable. you can access his web site for seminar, book, tape, and other information at money99.com
