This is a tremendous idea that Bill has developed. One of the problems, particularly with irrevocable trusts is keeping an arms-length relationship with the Trustee. Now, with Bill everyone can have a smart Trustee who understands the business and is “friendly” to the beneficiaries. You will not find this with an institutional trustee like a bank or trust company.
I think this is one of the best options available.
