Thanks, Natalie. Yes, Troy Titus is an excellent speaker, and he had what appeared to be a credible business as well. While I can’t speak to what he’s done for other people, I can say that he has yet to follow through with his guarantees to me and my situation. Asset protection “guru” Troy Titus has been disbarred in the state of Virginia. See link. I’ve personally been affected in a very negative way ($10K) by his lack of follow through on a “controlled foreclosure.” The situation is now a huge mess. Don’t be naive - do your due diligence before doing business with this man.

I once took his class on “controlled foreclosures”. He’s a great speaker, but I thought the subject matter was questionable. I don’t know about illegal, but definitely unethical and deceptive in my opinion.
