Bill…Never heard of that one before. Do you own the duplex you live in? Is it blocking you from getting in your driveway? Maybe you can check the plot map of the property and see if part of that driveway belongs to the duplex you live in/own.

A tenant moved in to the duplex next door and is parking his non-working car at the end of the shared driveway between our duplexes. He refuses to move his car from the end of the driveway. The owner does not return phone calls and does not care. Police can’t help and I suppose I can have the car towed but I would have to pay storage.
What else is there?

How non working is non working? If it is truely junk, you can check with city code enforcement.
However, you do say “shared driveway”. So what part is his? Is he also using “yours”?
