Ask the title co. exactly how the deed back to you should be drafted and signed so as to get it back from the trustee exactly as they’d like…so as to avoid doing it more than once.

I have an undeveloped lot that is in a land trust. I acquired it in my name originally and then deeded it to the trust. I am the beneficial owner.
Now, I want to put it back in my name, for reasons that will take too long to explain here.
To do this does the Trustee simply deed it to me?
Maybe this is a stupid question… thanks for the help.
