the only transfer (basically) is a transfer to a living trust.
by transfering it to the LLC you have effectivey sold the property potentially triggering a DOS.

I have been told that if I transfer the properties that I now own to an LLC. that the lender can call the loan due. Is this true, and how would one go about this.
