I just sold my first rental house that I had for three years. I am very happy with the profit I made and decided to start looking for others. Can anybody tell me of a good software that can help you track potental properties, notes, phone #'s, and then manage a property in terms of money invested, expenses and Ect… Thanks

Try RentRight, Inc. 800-RENT-065 for property management and maybe software from Carleton Sheets or Russ Whitney. I use the Rent Right and it is good. As for the others it may be a lead to what you are looking for.
