there are things that vary from state to state and require enough legal knowledge that an attorney is your only viable option to find out enough to take effective action.

If a builder files for BK midstream in a townhome community and a few residents want to dissolve the HOA, via a lawyer filing a motion and relieve the builder from said HOA, can that motion be disputed by other residence to keep the current HOA until the community is aquired by an investor or another builder? The community is aprox 10% owned. Aprox 90% trustee.
