well, I have been watching the tv for 2 1/2 hours, storm cells with tornados have been passing 10 miles north of the mhp where 2 of the homes are.
i have a showing tomorrow, have to go out in the morning and see if the skirting is still on the home…
wondering if I ought to offer to finance tie down upgrade if the single mom buys it tomorrow lol
makes me wonder what folks do out there if the storms come over there…
