JP, Terry and Jeanne:

I remember thinking of this, just the other day; I’ll bet Creonline is at least in the top 9435 of all websites…

Well, I guess I was wrong…; except at the time of this writing, with the gowing popularity of this RE site, you may well be in the Top 9000, by now… and growing!

This site is a true asset to any serious RE investor that takes the time to stop and make your acquaintence. I’m certainly glad that I did… Thanks!

Needless to say, you the nubmer 1 rated site, in JT-IN’s book!

Just the way that I view things…

Good for you. There is a lot of value at the CREONLINE.COM forums. I wish that this site had been available when I started investing in real estate.

I would suggest a couple of improvements. Have a post that first-time lookers are directed to read before they post their first question. At that site, point out that a lot of their questions have been asked many times in the past and suggest that they do a search on the archives on some topic before they post a question.

And have a short lesson in how to use the search function effectively and how to put in an URL to pull up posts by their message number.

JP and Terry and Company: thank you for making this site what it is and selling good stuff. This board has been my number one help, bar none, in getting into RE, helped me through my first deal and am looking forward to many others. And looking forward to the Convention too. Sincerely, Kristine

Ohhhhh NO!!!

I can see wheels turning in Terry’s head now!

Hmmm??? Let’s see??? In the top 9,436 sites for all of the internet…that ought to be worth a $10 million line of credit from the bank! Let’s see…that would give me a mil to stake my vegas business…$2 mil for my film ventures…$3 mil for some real estate ventures…and about $5 mil to buy up a ton of discounted paper!!!

Man…I gotta get busy writing up these business plans and get down to the bank FAST!!! LOL

Congrats, JP & Terry!

Excellent ideas!
It would (hopefully) reduce many of the recurring questions…

Also, I haven’t done a search yet, but an easy link to a list of “standard” REI (for example) acronyms would also be very helpful for newbies.
