I am from Chicgao and I am currently negotiating an 18 property deal. If I get the LOI signed I would definitely want to look at more in the area since I will already be there. Email me privately because I have a specific way I like to buy them. At closing everyone gets paid.

Hello, I just want to ask the Investors are you still actively working on deals? I’m in the Indy area, and I need to find some serious Investors out here that I can pass property info to if the numbers makes sense. I know the market is getting toasted right now, just wondering if you guys are still out there for me to pass deals on to!
