Hmmm, I am beginning to think that maybe the quick flip technique would be the most logical way to get my feet wet in REI. I need to restablish my credit and get some “down payment money.” I know several contractors that would help with minor repairs for next to nothing. So now I think my next step, based on what I’ve read here, is to buy Steve Cook’s book “Wholesaling for profits”
Any thoughts?
