I spent a few minutes looking at TN law and it appears to me that unless you’re selling 5 + MHs a year, NO license required.

Calling on a few “Craigs List” MH ads in your area, where the ads say “Owner will finance” will probably unearth several Lonnie folk who’ll be glad to tell you how they’re staying in compliance in TN.

SteveWA here in Seattle area affiliated with a MH licensed dealer when he first started and that’s a whole lot easier and cheaper than trying to be a Dealer yourself…the bond, the required dedicated real estate, the signs, etc. already in place by a lic. dealer who’d welcome a new salesman.

Is there anyone on here doing lonnie deals in TN.? I have found out I have to have a license and a $25000.00 bond.
