A title co. would prepare the title report, and issue it’s title ins. policy, when you so ordered it done, (at your expense) and that has nothing to do with your application to the Home Owner’s Association.
So I’d wait until you’re approved so you don’t waste your money.

If I were purchasing a co-op in nyc would my realestate attorney have to do a title search at the same time I’m being reviewed by the co-op board? Even though the board may reject me and even if I did not request it?
