Does anyone know a site comparable to Title Advantage, that allows on-line search of a property’s ownership? I used to use the Title Advantage site, but they now limit use for non-customers to two inquiries per month. I would also be curious about fee-based usage.

I did a search for other title websites; well this one is very similar to Title Advantage.
