The program can be changed, however, you will not be emailed your responses if you don’t have an email entry.

There are many free e-mail sites that will meet your every need for having an employer free E-mail address.
I am sure that Terry is waiting to see the reponses before turning on the address verify, so you would no longer be able to enter fake addresses.
