I’ll tell you what . I just read Bill Gattens book on the pact rust but it seems to be something really hard to get across to aseller let alone the new buyer.
From my experience when I get a buyer and I’m telling him all of this and that they just automatically think somethings up! It gets the sellers weary too. They get really confused and say no.
I wish there was a simpler way to understand and explain this to the sellers, buyers and myself!!
Any suggestions

Post this at his site www.cal-equity.com and ask for the name of thread where they discussed this subject: exlaining this process simply. I think it was posted about the end of Nov. and it may still be there.
