I’ve tried two different courses and have been pleased with both. Haven’t done enough LO’s yet to be an expert, but do like the concept. I’m speaking of using LO’s as an exit strategy, not to purchase. My downfall is finding enough properties to buy, and I think subject to is going to solve that problem.
Vena Jones-Cox has an excellent course on selling fixer-uppers on LO. And Louis Brown has an excellent overall set of courses, including one on LO. louisbrown.com I think you can reach Vena in Cincinnatti through either Jones Realty or Cox Realty, don’t remember which.
