I have read both of your books. They motivated me into this sweet deal. Ibought a rental house 6months ago for 12,000 did minor cosmetics. I rented it for afew months at 275,until renters moved out.So I advertised WIll FINANCE House etc. Mobile homes considered as down payment.In the end here’s what I got 26900 for house 3500allowance on mobile home took a 20 year note on the balance. And now I have a mobile home to rent or sell.I turned a 275/month rental into over 500 dollars per month. That’s sweet to me Thanks again Lonnie
