What are they suing you for?

Isn’t there leash laws in your state? Didn’t you say their dog wasn’t on a leash? That there dog came onto your property and attacked your tenant’s dog that was tied on a leash?

Sounds like they violated the leash law and that they were trespassing. But they are suing you just because you are the property owner? Countersue! Sounds like their lawsuit is frivolous. Countersue for violating the leash law, trespassing on your property, and filing a frivolous suit against you!

Can you win? Beats me. Can they? I don’t know. What does your attorney say?

My tenant?s dog bites a neighbor I ,landlord, am sued by the neighbor. Is this just a insurance money witch hunt? I just do not see how I can be held liable as a landlord. The neighbors unchained dog actually instigated the dogfight with my tenants dog that was leashed. Thank you 1(800)injury-lawyer.

On a different case. My insurance company already paid someone for an accident that worsened a pre existing injury the person was being treated for! Is all common sense removed from our society by frivolous litigation? Real Estate be a great business if it wasn’t for Ambulance chasing injury lawyers.

Countersue for what? It’s not my dog that was attacked and I was not attacked.
