The rule of thumb I got from Section 8 in AZ a long time
ago is 2 people per bedroom.

Does anyone know if there is a law for the amount of people per bedroom in Omaha, Nebraska? I have a small 2 bedroom (each bedroom is 10x7.5) 800 square foot ranch and a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 children) wants to rent it. I don’t feel comfortable with this many people in the house, can I get in trouble for not renting to them? Thanks in advance
