TEMPORARY PROTIVE ORDER AND/OR WRIT OF ATTACHMENT - Posted by LARRY

I was set up to invest in a collection company and found it was a complete scam. invested $13,165.00 as a trial run and within 2 weeks almost received all my investment back…
Invested another $150,000.00 out of sure greed…
promised to double my money a little over a year and then some…
needless to say it was a set up and had to take this company to civil court which has cost me another $80,000.00 so far in attorney fees…
started filing in 2005 and put a temporary protective order and /or writ of attachment against his 2 properties…
Jan 23,2007 i won a judgement of $134,000.00 plus court cost appox.$5,000.00…
Went after % but the judge said his company is respondable for the $30,000.00 +/- interest which he has 3 other shell companys…
So here is my Question , i had the writ record Nov.1,2005 and he did a refi on his house and condo with the writ of attachment on both for $118,000.00 and the final court date was Jan 24, 2007…he did a refi Dec.2006 while we where still on the case…my abstract of judgement is a joke now because he took out all his equity, how could a title company close as it was recorded 2005 untill settled which was 2007???
Is the title company held responcable for not seeing the writ of attachment…Custom Title solutions out of Santa Ana,Calif.???
Had the title company i’ve worked with out of the L.A. club which showed the writ recorded…
Looking for solutions as the guy is still at it no jail time nothing…
