Search the archives of this and other boards under the subject of Tax Sale or Tax Liens or Tax Certificates.

I believe Michaela-ATL posted something on this or the general forum board about tax sales in GA being off the books due to some legislative foul up or some problem with past sales.

I’d do a thorough search and be certain of what I was doing BEFORE i invested.

I plan to attend a “tax sale” in GA, next week; has anyone bought properties through a tax sale? If so what are some of the pitfalls?
