I have read his book and have the software as well. I like the way the numbers are run and just starting out it helped me become familiar with some of the concepts of negotiating and cash flow analysis. But all of the material was general, now that I look back on it. But I do not regret buying it.
As far as who he is? I have had to rely on his own account.
