Just out of curiosity, why Spring Hill in specific?There are plenty of hot markets in Florida. Tallahassee, Orlando, Destin/Ft Walton Bch just to name a few. How did you decide on Spring Hill?

Hi,
I am looking to invest in a SFR in Spring Hill Pasco County Florida. My strategy is to buy a new SFR with 5% down obtain property mgmt and rent it. I live in Los Angeles Ca, and would like to know if anyone that is from that area could offer some information regarding the area, rental market and general market conditions.
I am a buy and hold investor, and am looking at this as a long term investment 10+ yrs.
