Using all caps on the computer is the same as shouting. Learn to type correctly on the computer. You might want to google “computer etiquette.”

For the most part, most mortgage lenders sell the loans they originate so they can generate more money to lend. Your original documents remain in control of the loan and the way it is serviced. If you make changes in writing with the new servicer, they should be giving you new documentation explaining what the changes are. What kind of changes did you make?
